When you’re shooting a big event/concert, don’t forget to capture the scope and scale of what’s happening– that’s your job as the photographer! Even if you’re close enough to the action to count the number of buttons on Pitbull’s shirt, you can’t forget about the thousands of audience members around you and the production value of what’s happening on stage. I made sure to cover not just the closeup action on the stage, but the entire set and arena too, because I know my client wants and expects that from me.
