Our team was tasked with capturing Procter & Gamble's "Life Lab" at CES for 2 years straight. This state-of-the-art tradeshow booth experience attracted thousands of people each day, and we were responsible for memorializing all the activities that went on while keeping a low profile so that participants could move freely in the crowded booth.

Lots and lots of planning went into this incredible event. A party for 1500 guests at the Venetian Hotel, taking over their biggest ballroom on property. Our team had the opportunity to photograph one dress-rehearsal runthrough as well as the party itself. Objectives were to capture all the catering and entertainment elements, keeping the guests in the background and staying out of the way. Angel City Designs did an unbelievable job putting this together and we were honored to have the opportunity to capture all the work that everyone on this magnanimous event did.

Tasked with creating a cutting edge broadcast commercial for one of Las Vegas' top home protection and performance companies, B-Freed Photography pulled together all the right elements to make this tv spot for Eagle Sentry stand out among its competition. From concept to finished product, we produced, filmed, and edited 3 versions to fit various needs in cable television and streaming advertising models.

This was one of those events that hit us in the heart. A gathering of the most courageous young people who share something in common; all cancer survivors. Sometimes you are part of something that touches your soul and shows you the resilience of the human body and spirit. This was one of those rare events and experiences that we felt very humbled and proud to be a part of.

I had a great time covering the Latin Grammys this week!!! Here are some of my highlights from the carpet and the show. For those wondering, my setup is a Nikon Z9 with 24-120 f4 on the carpet and 200-400 f4 in the show. That camera is tethered to an AT&T hotspot as I am marking selects in the camera as I go along and sending them wirelessly to my editor in LA. They are then captioned and put out on the wire. This setup works great when it works! If the cell service is bad then all bets are off! Back in 2013, I had the honor of photographing D’Angelo during a performance I’ll never forget at @brooklynbowl, where he played alongside the incredible @questlove He was completely in his zone — eyes closed, keys flowing, soul wide open. The light above him feels even more symbolic now.
Voodoo remains one of my top 10 albums of all time. It’s a masterwork — rhythm, vulnerability, groove, genius. Thank you, D`Angelo, for the music that shaped so much of our lives.
